• Course Dates and Venues
Melfin Limited reserve the right to alter or cancel published
dates and change venues without liability.
In the event of a cancellation where an alternative cannot be
provided, monies received in respect of that course will be
refunded in full.
• Joining Instructions
On receipt of written confirmation, we will issue instructions
detailing your participation on the training event. This
includes a location map, public transport information, venue
details and course timings.
• Confirming a Booking
To make a booking, please complete all the details on this
website.
Bookings made via this website are considered confirmed and you
need do no more.
Bookings can also be made by via telephone or post. Confirmation
will be issued upon clearance of the course payment.
We will contact you to confirm the availability of the date
requested, and that your place has been secured.
• Fees
All fees are quoted are current and will not alter for your
confirmed course.
Each full day course fee includes morning coffee, lunch,
afternoon tea and full course documentation.
• Delegate Substitution
If you want to make a substitution, please call us at least 24
hours before the course commences and we will be happy to help
you.
Substitutions can be made at any time without incurring a
penalty.
• Payment
Payment can be made by BACS or card payment and must be received
at least 5 working days prior to the confirmed course. An
invoice will be issued for payment once the reservation has been
confirmed.
In the event of late payment, we reserve our statutory right to
interest at the rate of 8% above base under the Late payment of
Commercial Debts(interest) Act 1998.
• Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please call and we will be happy to help
you. However, the following charges apply if you cancel:
28+ days before a course = 20% of the course fee.
15 - 28 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
1 - 14 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.
